Sasha’s Story

Meet Sasha. She is a 9 year old Weimaraner and is taking a rest after her first week in our intermediate obedience class at Shadowbrook Kennels.

The family who own Sasha have had Weimaraners in the past but she is their first rescue. Sasha was in a few other homes before she came to them and, while she initially had some issues, has come a long way. Her true personality has started coming through in the last few months and she is quite the “comedian”. She is one of a few dogs in Garth Trails that I walk from time to time and whenever I enter her home she greets me with a different pillow or cushion. So the pillows in the photo have some significance.
